Founding partner, Johnny Houston , received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee in 1986, and law degree from Memphis State University School of Law in 1989. He is a member of the Red Bank Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Johnny is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Georgia. In addition to his legal practice, Johnny Houston is an elected judge in Red Bank, Tennessee, and serves as a Special Judge in Red Bank.

I had too much to drink one night and backed into another car. I was charged with second offense DUI and felony reckless endangerment.
